What is World Café?

The Conversation of the World Café is a methodology to promote the participation and the exchange among the people and the teams. It is a collaborative process where each person is responsible for its own learning and its team's or organisation's. Therefore, it favours the development of both personal and team abilities.

A World Café Conversation is a creative process that has a cooperative dialogue where knowledge and the creation of possibilities for action is shared. It has frequent rotations of the attendants, so each one has the opportunity to know various ideas. It is a way of contact where different people share their interpretations, combining various visions.
