Change Theatre

What is it?

Change theatre involves the creation and performance of made-to-measure sketches about the themes that have been developed during the sessions. They allow to experience and visualize real and daily situations with a high impact on learning.

Through this process, it is possible to deal with complex change situations within the organisation (changes of culture, development of new abilities and attitudes) in an easy and simple way: creating a daily picture, analysing solutions to face such situations and generating new solutions.

The experience of the Praxis team with these methodologies shows us that the scenes raise awareness, provoking a positive and open reflection among the participants, in order to improve their cooperation and motivation.
