What is it?

In order to develop any process or system, we have to measure it.

At Praxis, we have built methodologically rigorous tools that follow international models of renown prestige, and help us measure, assess and develop the competences tha generate value in the teams, and leaders in the current environments.

These self-assessment and 360º tools are designed to measure the perception of your work team, your colleagues, your clients and yourself about their way to apply some abilities in the Directive or Leadership Management.

They include files that identify the success and the improvement areas, providing action plans specified in behaviours and action commitments.

We always work under a strict confidentiality code (consult the privacy policy).
