What is it?

At Praxis we believe that learning is experiencing, that is why this methodology guides a learning based on action and reflection.

The e-learning model helps consolidate the reflection and create models, ensuring learning without physical attendance.

Thanks to the new communication technologies and platforms, this tool allows to decide where, when and how to carry out the development, therefore, increasing the autonomy and the motivation. The user has on line accompaniment and a hot line, in a 2.0 web environment, of an e-coach to share his/her reflections/learning and receive feedback.

This methodology accompanies, within the projects that Praxis provides for the development of Leadership Competences.
